Join Michael from Healing Vibes in this immersive sound journey. In this group sound healing session with Michael, you will experience a short, guided meditation and a heart-centered multi-instrument journey in sound and vibration.

Starting out with some breathwork and a short, guided meditation. Michael will then use crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles, and other sacred instruments to stimulate the relaxation response and bring you to a more calm and peaceful state.
